I’m a Conversation Designer: where Humanities and Tech converge
From my early days as an IT professional to my current role as a Conversation Designer, my journey has been a unique blend of the humanistic and the technical.
Growing up, I was fascinated by the emerging internet and its potential to connect people and information. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Humanities with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
After graduating, I dove into the ICT industry, where I spent over two decades working in various roles across different sectors, including eight years in the insurance industry. Throughout these experiences, I gained a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and honed my analytical and problem-solving skills.
But my true calling lay in connecting with people. In 2018, I made the leap into Conversational AI, where I could combine my passion for technology with my desire to create meaningful interactions.
Today, as a Conversation Designer, I bring together my diverse experiences to craft engaging and effective conversations that bridge the gap between humans and machines. I believe that technology should serve people, not replace them, and I’m committed to using my skills to create a more human-centered digital world.
